Which countries do you ship to?

How long does delivery take?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-15 business days, while expedited shipping can take 3-7 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for items in original, unopened packaging. If the product is defective, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to initiate a warranty claim.
Are Keychron keyboards compatible with both Mac and Windows?
Yes, all Keychron keyboards come with a system toggle that allows you to switch between macOS/iOS and Windows/Android modes, including dedicated keycaps for both layouts.
Do I have to pay import duties or taxes?
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or VAT imposed by their local government. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid upon delivery.
