Return Process

  Contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear reason for the return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for our warehouse.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging including all cables, keycaps, and accessories, then ship the package using a trackable courier service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technical team inspects the item to ensure it is in original condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
